I’ve had compressed cervical discs/bone spurs for years which cause painful flare-ups during weather changes and physical activities that involve holding my neck in the wrong position for too long. I also have an old ankle injury that was surgically repaired at the time that screams when I walk all day. I’ve tried MANY products that claim relief - some do and some fail miserably. Unfortunately, ibuprofen has been my only relief for years and that’s not a good thing. I’m also not a big fan of anything containing menthol. It’s great for that warming and cooling sensation (this company also offers a product with menthol for those who don’t mind the scent) but I don’t like smelling like that for hours. I stumbled upon this cream while searching for something that might work and tried it. The cream goes on smoothly and isn’t sticky or greasy. There is a MILD peppermint scent in the jar but it disappears when I apply it. And best of all, after about 5-10 minutes IT WORKS!

About 20 years ago I had a bad knee bec of osteoarthritis. I used Penetrex. I put it on in sparingly small doses rubbing it in 2-4 times a day. I had my left knee replaced.
