Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
- These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not controlled by us.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors (weather, customs, etc.).
If your order:
- Arrives damaged → please contact us within 5 days with photos of the package and item
- Is lost in transit → contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@penetrex.com
Missing Packages Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact the carrier directly
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
